Heart-Filled Living
Encouraging women to write, reflect, and trust what they know.
Maybe you've outgrown a role, a relationship, a dream, or a version of yourself. Maybe you're standing at a crossroads, wondering what comes next. Writing can be a way to listen.
Through stories, reflection, and the simple act of putting words on the page, we can begin to hear what gets lost in the noise of everyday life. We can explore what we're feeling, notice what keeps calling our attention, and sometimes discover that we know more than we thought we did.
Heart-Filled Living brings together writing, reflection, and encouragement as a way to reconnect with yourself and explore what may be ready to emerge.
You don't need to be a writer. The only thing required is willingness. We begin where ever you are. Your next chapter may already be waiting to be written.

Meet Beverly
I’m glad you’re here. Welcome!
I’m Beverly Keaton—a writer, author, and creator of Heart-Filled Living.
I believe writing can help us listen more closely to ourselves, discover what we know, and give voice to what may be ready come forth.
Through stories, reflections, writing experiences, honest conversations, and my book, Heart-Filled Living: Creating What’s Next, I encourage women to explore their own stories, trust their inner knowing, and stay open to what they might create next.
You don’t need to have the whole path figured out. Sometimes, you simply need a place to begin and a little encouragement.

After Decades of “Not Now,”
a Book Was Born!
"Beverly Keaton has done a masterful job in
Heart-Filled Living: Creating What's Next, beautifully weaving her personal experiences with meaningful teachings about intuition and the importance of learning to trust it.
Each chapter offers thoughtful exercises and journaling prompts, inviting readers to explore these ideas for themselves. This isn't just a book to read, it's a guide to living more consciously and intentionally, so you can begin creating the life you truly want."

Work With Beverly
Writing has been part of my life for decades. For me, it is a way to reflect, make sense of experience, discover what I know, and give voice to what wants to be expressed. Plus, it's fun!
Today, much of my work grows from that intersection of writing, inner knowing, and what comes next. I especially love encouraging women who feel called to write—whether they are returning to writing after years away, beginning something they have carried inside for a long time, or simply wanting to take their writing more seriously.
I know both the joy and the vulnerability of putting words on the page. I also know what can happen when we stop saying not now and begin giving our creative lives the attention they deserve.
Through writing conversations, speaking, retreats, and other gatherings, I create opportunities to explore what wants to be written, what we can discover through writing, and what becomes possible when we trust our own voice.
I am continuing to deepen my own literary practice as well. I believe there is something powerful about being both a writer and an encourager of other writers—learning, creating, and growing alongside one another.
There is always more to discover, more to write, and more to create.
If writing is calling to you—if you’re curious, ready to begin, or simply looking for a little encouragement—push those not now voices aside and let’s talk.
There nothing to lose by seeing what we might be able create together to support what’s next for you.

I am still thinking about my time at The Tranquility Retreat: Women, Writing, and Wellness. It was a beautiful, very real, and deeply successful weekend.
I was especially moved by how skillfully you led our group, and what a joy it was to watch you gently coax, invite, prompt, and draw out what lived inside each of us—inviting us to dig just a little bit deeper into ourselves.
Your wisdom, skill, ability, expertise, joy, knowledge, depth, and genuine care were present in every moment. You bring all of that, and so much more to the table.
Thank you for bringing joy, hope, and heartfelt care into the world.

Beverly arrived at exactly the right time, offering steadiness, encouragement, and a grounded presence. After our exchange about intuitive art, I found myself still pondering her words the next day while stretching into new ways of being open and receptive. Beverly has a gift for inviting insight with gentleness and grace.

In 2023, I found myself at a crossroads. The way I was thinking, feeling, and engaging with the world was no longer serving me, and I knew I needed to make a change. Coaching was a completely new experience, and Beverly helped me identify the behaviors that were holding me back while guiding me toward more positive, supportive habits.
Although I’m still a work in progress, I’ve incorporated meaningful practices into my daily life—from journaling gratitude and affirmations to reading books that broaden my perspective. Navigating this journey would have been incredibly difficult without Beverly’s guidance, insight, and support.
